UX Designer (March 2023 - Present)
I'm now working with the Co-Op Mobile squad where we develop a modern and seamless digital banking experience.
Some projects I worked on include:
• Redesigning the bank's internet banking to meet the design accessibility needs whilst meeting compliance standard.
• Facilitated 10 usability testings with customers and target segment on Askable for the internet banking redesign project and have received numerous positive feedback from participants for my interviewing skills.
• Led the bank’s in-app home loan refix flow which has resulted in 600 successful in-app refix within the first month of feature release.
• Set up new design system files for the bank to bring the web and mobile platform styles into consistency.
Product Designer (May 2022 - March 2023)
Sharesies's vision in giving everyone the same investing opportunity resonates with my value.
During my time at Sharesies I have worked on projects across the New Zealand and Australia market which include redesigning the Onboarding flow to better suit a growing platform, designed a feature request modal for Sharesies's expansion into Australia and led the email verification experience to ensure customer account security and marketing communication.
Some projects I worked on include:
• Led the onboarding redesign project, reducing the sign-up process from 29 pages to 8 pages, and transforming the Sharesies onboarding experience from a linear flow to a flexible experience that allows users to sign up for any product they like without needing to start with the Invest product first (KiwiSaver, Save).
• Designed a top-up prompt screen post sign-up that has increased business revenue by $109K per annum
• Led the feature request module project to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from customers across New Zealand and Australia
• Created two email verification designs for the sign-up flow and in-app experience to ensure account security and effective marketing communications
UX Designer (February 2022 - April 2022)
In this role, I delved deep into the Jarden wealth platform onboarding process and worked closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that the company’s brand was represented in a compliant manner, given that Jarden wealth was exclusively accessible to premium clients.
My key accomplishments in this role include:
• Built the design anatomy for the Trust entity onboarding experience from scratch
• Supported in designing a new issue page and a notification page for Jarden Direct
Junior UX Designer (February 2021 - February 2022)
After my internship, I was offered a permanent role as UX Designer for the Onboarding and Operations product team.
UX Design Intern (October 2020 - February 2021)
As a UX design intern at Jarden in 2020, I had the opportunity to support the Jarden Direct investment platform team during a period of transition. During my internship, I made contributions to the company by designing new product features, such as a new issue page and a notification panel, for the Jarden Direct platform.
